Over the past 10 years I have been a passionate supporter of The Domestic Violence Action Center and the mission to help the people of Hawaii. Our mission through this event is to bring awareness to the issue as well as raise funds for a program that does so much for our state. Lace up those sneakers and grab a towel and join us in this fun filled event as we Break The Silence and Stop The Violence."

 

Why Sponsor?

Together we can make a difference and bring about change to an issue that has haunted our islands. The Domestic Violence Action Center has serviced over 450 calls a day assisting women, men and children that are affected by Domestic Violence. 

According to the National Coalition of the Domestic Violence Center (NCDVA), 1 in every 3 women and 1 in every 4 men experience Domestic Violence in their life time. Asian and Pacific Islander communities experience domestic violence at much higher rates than the general population. 

Part of the problem is recognizing that there is one. This event will help generate funds and raise awareness on the issue in so  women, men and children are continued to receive assistance. All proceeds of this event to assist the local charity here in Hawaii. 

The Fitness concert being displayed to let those affected by Domestic Violence know they have support. In hopes to let the families know that they have hope, guidance and most importantly that they are LOVED!
