Sponsorship registration

Circle sponsorship includes two foursome entries (eight players); prominent recognition and company logo placement in all event materials, including banners, flyers, social media and email communications; the logo prominently printed on all tee flags at each hole; prominent signage at registration, the awards ceremony and all major event areas; a special mention during opening and closing ceremonies; VIP seating at the awards ceremony; the option to provide branded swag for player gift bags; and recognition in post-event social media thank-you posts.

Platinum sponsorship includes one foursome entry (four players); prominent recognition and company logo placement in all event materials, including banners, flyers, social media and email communications; prominent signage at registration, the awards ceremony and all major event areas; a special mention during opening and closing ceremonies; VIP seating at the awards ceremony; the company logo on golf balls or sleeves; the option to provide branded swag for player gift bags; and recognition in post-event social media thank-you posts.

Gold sponsorship includes one foursome entry (four players); recognition in event marketing and on social media; the option to provide branded swag for player gift bags; signage at the entrance and registration tables; and recognition in post-event social media thank-you posts.

Silver sponsorship includes two golf entry tickets (two players); recognition in event marketing and on social media; the option to provide branded swag for player gift bags; and recognition in post-event social media thank-you posts.

Sponsorship includes two golf entrance tickets that include lunch and dinner, company logo on Bronze sponsor banner, company logo in the event program, auction booklet, and sponsor slide show.

Sponsor shall have their company logo on sponsor sign at the bar's location. 

Sponsor shall have their company logo on sponsor sign on all dessert tables.

Hole sponsorship includes two dinner tickets for the evening program; company signage at the hole; up to four attendees at the hole to interact with golfers, including lunch; the option to bring single-serve drinks or snacks for golfers, with alcohol permitted; the option to provide branded swag for players; and recognition in event marketing.

Hole sponsors are encouraged to bring a branded tablecloth, signage, giveaways, games or promotional materials during the event. Course assignments will be provided one week prior to the event.

Pot of Gold sponsorship includes the company logo on signage at the hole location; the option to provide gift cards, prizes or company swag to the “Pot”; recognition in event marketing; and the option to provide branded swag for player gift bags.

The live auction sponsor helps elevate the event by funding premium experiences and exclusive prizes featured in the live auction. Their support ensures guests have access to exceptional items that make the auction exciting and memorable.
