A unique work-team program, Urban Corps of San Diego County allows youth to finish high school while earning a paycheck, learning real-world job skills in areas like environmental conservation and urban beautification. These efforts empower young people with better employment prospects while giving back to their community.

The MBA Opens Doors Foundation provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, helping them take time off work to spend precious time with their child without jeopardizing their homes during a medical crisis.
